Order Confirmation and Shipping Policy

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. A subsequent email will be sent once your order has been dispatched, marking the official acceptance of your order.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an order confirmation email and/or mobile notification will be sent. The order will only be processed further upon your confirmation via email or mobile.

Please note that items in your order may be shipped separately depending on product availability and packaging requirements.

All products are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners will make every effort to deliver your order at the earliest. If they are unable to reach you at the address provided or at a convenient time, they will contact you directly to reschedule delivery.

We aim to dispatch most orders within 1 or 2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Timelines:

• Tamil Nadu: 1 to 2 business days from dispatch
• Other Indian States: 3 to 4 business days from dispatch

Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping is available on orders with a billing value of INR 499 or more.
• For orders below INR 499, a shipping fee of INR 50 will apply.
