2. Ordering Process

2.1 Orders are placed through our online checkout. Before submitting your order, you will be given the opportunity to review and correct any errors. You will receive an acknowledgment email detailing your order.

2.2 A binding contract is formed once we dispatch your order and send a confirmation email. Until then, we may decline your order, or you may cancel it for a refund.

2.3 We may decline an order in cases where:

• Products are out of stock;
• Payment authorization fails;
• There is an error in pricing or product description;
• Eligibility criteria are not met.

2.4 If you opt to save your payment details for future purchases, they will be securely stored under a Continuous Payment Authority (CPA). Subscription products require CPA for automated billing.

2.5 CPA allows us to process recurring payments without requiring direct debit setup, offering flexibility and control. Your card data is not stored by us but handled securely by authorized payment providers.

3. Pricing Information

3.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable), and we reserve the right to show VAT separately. VAT rates may change according to legal requirements.

3.2 Additional charges for postage, packaging, and insurance (if applicable) will be clearly outlined during checkout.

3.3 Prices may be reviewed and updated periodically.

3.4 Subscription pricing may change, and you will be notified at least 30 days prior to any adjustment.

4. Cancellation & Returns

4.1 You may cancel your order by contacting us via email at support@zenlyf.in. If your order has been dispatched, you may still return it.

4.2 Products can be returned within 30 days if unused. A full refund (excluding shipping) will be issued upon receipt.

4.3 Items must be returned to their original, unused condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5.1 You may print or download website content for personal use, provided:

• Documents and graphics are not modified;
